What areas do you serve?

Do you offer both DOT and non-DOT testing?
Yes. We provide DOT and non-DOT urine specimen collections and breath alcohol tests — including random, pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up. DOT collections strictly follow 49 CFR Part 40.
Can you respond after hours?
Yes. Emergency and after-hours callouts are available 24/7 for reasonable-suspicion or post-accident testing. The $165 callout includes the first hour on scene; mileage fees apply outside St. Johns County.
How much does workplace testing cost?
DOT testing starts at $55 for breath alcohol and $70 for a urine drug screen. Non-DOT testing starts at $55 for breath alcohol and $60 for a laboratory urine test. Discounted rates apply to batches of five or more. See the full pricing guide.
