An additional $25/hr applies if a repeat collection must be administered due to incidents such as shy bladder or a temperature out of range (maximum 3 hours).
All DOT urine specimen collections strictly comply with the regulations outlined in 49 CFR Part 40; non-DOT collections follow the same foundation with strict adherence to your company’s policies and procedures.
Breath tests are administered by a trained Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) using an NHTSA-approved Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) device.

What areas do you serve?
We serve St. Johns County, Florida and the surrounding area. Service is mobile, so we can come to your home or workplace.
Do you offer both DOT and non-DOT testing?
Yes. We provide DOT and non-DOT urine specimen collections and breath alcohol tests — including random, pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up. DOT collections strictly follow 49 CFR Part 40.
Can you come on evenings, weekends, or after hours?
Yes. We offer mobile appointments with evening, weekend, and after-hours availability to reduce onboarding delays. Add-on rates apply for after-hours, overnight, weekend, and holiday appointments.
How much does a drug test cost?
A DOT urine specimen collection is $75 and non-DOT is $70 — both including Lab/MRO and travel within the first 15 miles. Breath alcohol tests are $90 (DOT) and $85 (non-DOT). See the full pricing guide.
